
The Open air museum, situated in the centre of the Bardejov Spa, is the oldest exhibition of folk architecture in Slovakia. 30 buildings of Slovak wood architecture are disposed in a park- and garden- like arrangement on an area of 1,5 ha. During the summer tourist season, performances by folklor dancing, singing, musical groups are arranged on the premises, folk craftsmen recreate their art on the spot, their products are on view, and most recently a school of folk crafts has been open heer.
